This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism, or related fields;
- A strong passion and enthusiasm for paid advertising and digital marketing;
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and methods;
- Knowledge of other Google products such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
- In-depth understanding of PPC KPIs and campaign success metrics;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Good command of the English language;
- Knowledge of Google Search, Google Display, and Performance Max campaigns, including when and how to use each effectively;
- Experience in creating and using retargeting lists, customer match lists, and matched audiences;
- Familiarity with other major advertising platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus;
- Knowledge of HubSpot (CRM and inbound marketing platform) is a plus.

What you'll do:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in multiple markets within the U.S. and Canada;
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance, proposing strategies aligned with company goals;
- Adjust campaigns and manage budget allocation based on performance metrics, optimizing bid strategies for maximum efficiency;
- Set up and manage measurement tools, including conversion tracking, tag implementation, event/conversion creation, and audience list building;
- Conduct keyword research and recommend corresponding implementations;
- Develop compelling ads and run A/B tests to optimize performance;
- Track and report key metrics, progress, and account activity;
- Analyze data from web analytics and translate it into actionable insights for advertising campaigns;
- Perform competitor and market research to identify new opportunities;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid advertising, leveraging new tools and best practices to enhance campaign efficiency.
