Based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, as a Customer Service Coordinator you will have the opportunity to be part of a global and culturally diverse organization that offers equal opportunities in an inclusive environment!

As an Order Management Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating, driving and implementing improvement initiatives impacting the Order Management processes, working with cross functional teams across the business unit and European sales offices. The Order Management and Process Improvement Specialist will map the processes and will make sure they are continuously monitored to ensure standardization and optimization. Optimization of the internal business processes will result in improved cost, quality and delivery performance supporting the Business Unit strategic plan.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Having a good understanding of the order entry & order management processes in PRM Europe.
* Capturing process related issues from BI / Oracle / SAP reports, and business requests.
* Initiating, driving and implementing improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
* Monitoring European order management processes ensuring business and functional KPIs are achieved.
* Evaluating process implementation and standardization across the group.
* Understanding and supporting the group Strategic Plan.
* Analyzing and communicating project / program recommendations to leadership. 
* Providing information to management on what drives gap to goals on metrics on a period-by-period basis.
* Based on business KPIs, proactively identifying the improvement opportunities, formulating the business need and presenting it to management.
* Working with order management leaders in the BU and the European sales offices and acting as a liaison between cross functional teams to make sure the continuous improvement projects are implemented successfully, monitor and report benefits.
* Ensuring the organization is continuously informed on process changes, the working procedures are revised and updated regularly to correctly describe handling of typical real life situations across order management.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Relevant experience in Order Management/Sales/Operations/Customer Care environment; 
* Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills 
* Proficiency in English 
* Problem-solving and organization skills with a customer focus approach
* Able to work with deadlines
* Digital skills (Microsoft Office package, outlook, ERPs, etc.) 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 
* Experience with Oracle, SAP or other ERPs;
* Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
