Descrierea jobului
- Transfer data from confirmed orders into our ERP system (WinMentor Enterprise) without mistakes
- Data management and ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︁︆︄date base maintenance.
- Continuing updating customer information in our systems.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Analyze, identify and investigate errors and missing information.
- Perform regular database backups to secure data.
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
- Provide reports and support to our sales team
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- Follow our flow, procedures and processes to assure excellence is being delivered.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
