Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Good understanding of accounting rules
• Working knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• German is a plus
• English is a must
• Experience in performing year end procedures
• Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
• Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates with the transition team
• Plans and monitors the resources deployment
• Reviews the daily dashboards, staffing plan, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀work allocation
• Governance adherence and interacts with the client with the objective to deliver target delivery model,
• Ensures delivery predictability and enhance client satisfaction for the processes within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
