Operational Manager

• Relevant Experience: Significant experience in operational management and project implementation, preferably in a similar environment, minimum 5 years
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and complex operational processes. Solid understanding of legislative and compliance requirements.
• Management: Excellent team management skills, including evaluation, monitoring, and feedback provision. Ability to efficiently allocate resources and manage new and challenging processes.
• Other requirements : driving license category B, advanced level English, Russian is an advantage.

• Communication: Effective communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, clients, and third parties. Capacity to coordinate with various departments.
• Analysis and Problem Solving: Excellent skills in analyzing legislative, fiscal, operational, and technical aspects. Solution-oriented, focused on process optimization and reducing time and effort for tasks.
• Organization and Proactivity: Organized, proactive individual with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach, capable of working well both independently and as part of a team.

• Strategy and Projects: Actively participate in defining the company strategy, coordinating corporate-level operational projects, and ensuring alignment with group standards and regulations.
• Resource Management: Effective management of resources, team and tasks, supervising the operational team, maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers, overseeing third party services
• Compliance and Processes: Ensure process compliance with local regulations, implement legally required processes (e.g., SAF-T, e-invoicing), and document and define new operational workflows.
