Ofiice Admin Officer

• Provide administrative assistance to management and other staff members as needed;
• Oversee office supplies, inventory, and ︁︈​︂︂︂​︇︈​︆︅restocking when necessary;
• Manage the procurement process (placing, processing, retrieving, and distributing the necessary orders);
• Maintaining communication with financial department and providing reports;
• Handling and resolving internal and external travel requests, including accommodation services;
• Maintaining good collaboration with external suppliers and identifying new ones;
• Coordinating with building maintenance services for necessary interventions/modifications in the working space;
• Managing the parcel shipping process for office departments;
• Maintaining the relationship with the building reception and welcoming Flip visitors;

• Strong organisational skills;
• Ensuring the successful completion of each task through consistent follow-up;
• Ability to adapt to each individual's working style;
• Strong skills in managing priorities;
• Able to make decisions in an independent manner;
