Descrierea jobului
- Provide administrative assistance to management and other staff members as needed;
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and ︁︈︂︂︂︇︈︆︅restocking when necessary;
- Manage the procurement process (placing, processing, retrieving, and distributing the necessary orders);
- Maintaining communication with financial department and providing reports;
- Handling and resolving internal and external travel requests, including accommodation services;
- Maintaining good collaboration with external suppliers and identifying new ones;
- Coordinating with building maintenance services for necessary interventions/modifications in the working space;
- Managing the parcel shipping process for office departments;
- Maintaining the relationship with the building reception and welcoming Flip visitors;
