Candidatul Ideal

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role;
  • Bachelor's Degree in financial or similar field;
  • Economic and legal knowledge
  • Strong attention to details
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize different tasks;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions;
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge;
  • Familiarity with accounting software (ERP/ CRM system);
  • Accounting experience would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English;

Your role

Our Technology Center in Cluj-Napoca is growing rapidly. We are looking for an Office Manager that will ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄work directly under the director of the Romanian branch. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative operations, management support and business-related tasks.

Key tasks
  • Primary accounting - management and preparation of documents for the external accountants,
  • Cash-flow management
  • Responsible for the relationship with all local suppliers, including managing the signing of contracts and/or additional documents to contracts.
  • Admin logistics orders - office equipment and IT materials
  • Preparation of payments through internet banking
  • Business trip process management - hotel and plane reservations; completion of necessary documents for travel; calculation of travel costs and verification of supporting documents upon return.
  • Location/building administration - reporting problems and ensuring their resolution; function check.
  • Reporting - classification of expenses according to budget category and completing the report for the group.
  • Part of the event organization team - on the admin side (communication with the supplier; contracts and invoices)
  • Intermediary between the audit team and the accounting provider
  • Annualy inventory management
  • Management of insurance policies
  • Manage the communications with the group's subsidiaries on admin topics
  • Admin tasks on a company project - creation and management of teamwork accounts; creating proforma invoices using the Xero application, import of time sheets from vendors
  • Might require supervision for a team member
  • Other tasks according to the requirements.
