- A smart and professional appearance with a polite, courteous, and professional manner;

- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and spoken – clear verbal ︀︎︌︍︈︁︍︆︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎communication;
- 1 year in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A ‘can do’ attitude using own initiative, innovative and self-motivated;
- Communication style that allows positive and open dialogue with clients and employees;
- Good MS Office skills;
Descrierea jobului
Act as point of contact for company departments and contractors ensuring lines of communication are maintained and regularly ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄monitored – such as email, mail, telephone, and helpdesk;
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries, preparing letters, presentations, and reports;
- Managing office budgets;
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems;
- Organizing induction programs for new employees;
- Ensuring the office environment and procedures meet health and safety regulation standards;
- Handling staff recruitment and appraisals;
- Support and assist the Facilities Supervisor and the team with administration requirements;
- Responsible for coordinating client visits and handling all travel requirements;
- Providing general administrative support to our employees;
