Must be computer literate, be familiar with use of a computer-based asset management system. Must be tactful, yet effective in dealing with American personnel relative to inventories and office furniture and equipment. Must be able to function effectively with only minimal supervision.

Qualification Requirements:
- Completion of High School is required.
- A combination of one year of clerical experience and one year of supply related experience, at least six months of which must have been obtained in the area of managing tangible assets (e.g. furniture, appliances, supplies, etc.) and inventories, involving thousands of diverse items using a computer-based asset management system.
- Good working knowledge of English and Good working knowledge of Romanian are required. This may be tested.

BASIC DUTIES
- Enters all pertinent data in the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS) for non-expendable property received by ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︂Embassy Bucharest. Records all issuance and movement of non-expendable property. Processes disposals of non-expendable property. Schedules and reconciles all annual inventories and residential arrival/departure inventories. Assists with administration of semi-annual warehouse sales and online auctions. Using the newly-introduced ILMS Analytics Tools and the ILMS Property Module, regularly generates, reviews and analyzes property-related reports to identify anomalies, patterns, and trends in property management.
- Conducts mathematical and graphical analysis of auction data to check for fraud patterns. Anchors computational analysis that underpins the Furniture and Appliance Pool (FAP) assessment calculations for ICASS. Serves as backup Warehouse Supervisor.
