We are looking for a new passionate team member at the role of a Musical Instruments Customer advisor and sales administrator for our (mainly English, French and German speaking) customers.
To join our team you'll need the following experience and skills:
* Expert in at least one of our musical instruments domains (Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys, Studio, PA etc.).
* Fluent English language level, and for one of the jobs also Fluent German language level
* Good logical thinking and strong analytical skills: Since the system is complex and comprehensive, and many situations have to be solved with logical conclusions
* Excellent computer skills
* Diligence, reliability and perseverance
* A keen eye for details
* Long-term perspective: this aspect is very important

* Supporting your teammates in a large variety of tasks (sales admin, product management etc.)
