BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- • Fluency in both English and Italian (minimum B2), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- • High school diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent)

Join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team and be a driving force ︃​︁︄︇​︈︆​︂︁︆behind Amazon's world-class shopping experience. As a Data Associate, you'll play a critical role in elevating AI capabilities through rigorous data processing and analysis.

This is an office-based role in our Bucharest, Romania office, working Monday to Friday. Our office-based roles provide additional flexibility to work from home, with an expectation to attend the office a minimum 3 days per week. During the training period (first 6 weeks after starting date) attendance at the office will be required 5 days a week.
