MEP Engineer

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering;
• Experience in all engineering and design aspects and phases of projects: design, engineering, modelling, tender, execution;
• Good understanding of electrical installations: medium voltage / low voltage / very low voltage;
• Good knowledge of low voltage systems: electrical cabinets / earthing / (emergency)lighting / security supply (UPS/generators) / lightning protection / cabling, selectivity, voltage drop, and of very low voltage systems: data / fire detection / access control / CCTV
• 2D & 3D drawing tools (Autocad, Stabicad, Revit);
• You can work autonomously, efficiently to meet personal and general objectives
• Good English & driver licence (B)

• Issue/collaborate to the quality insurance plan related to your field of expertise.
• Establish design principles for ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀installations/equipment/structures.
• Collaborate with the Owner and with other designers in developing the project design.
• Guarantee proper dimensioning of the installations/equipment/structures.
• Control and monitor the creation and progress of any graphic materials and any measurement overviews.
• Issue Design Notes, Drafts, Models, Specifications, Technical Specifications and Briefs etc.
• Provide bills of quantities and cost estimates for the works under consideration.
• Control and validate the produced documents (analysis, brief) before delivery.
• Comply with and enforce compliance with the Health/Safety guidelines set out in the Project Safety Plan.
• Create graphic materials based on instructions of the Lead Engineer.
• Structure files and organize computer-assisted design.
• Take part in the dimensioning of simple installations/equipment based on standards, regulations, codes of practice and internal guidelines.
• Develop your knowledge within your field of expertise and in design tools.
• Take part in verifying implementation documents.
