Mechanical Installation/Pneumatic/Steel Structure Technician

• College or Technical School, major in mechanic engineering, automatic industry, electrical or related;
• Good understanding of technical drawings (special steel structure drawings for Steel Structure Technician);
• Understand OEM body shop installation / assembly / commissioning standards;
• Good mechanical / pneumatic understanding (for Mechanical Installation / Pneumatic Technician);
• Understand OEM body shop layout and processes;
• Understand EHS Process;
  

• Good communication skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Be good at mechanic skills, such as drawing reading, machining, assembly, installation, pneumatic etc (for Mechanical Installation / Pneumatic Technician);
• Be good at steel structure installation, steel structure drawing, assembly (for Steel Structure Technician);
• Be good at office software (Excel/Word/ PPT);
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, and writing;
• High place, Forklift driving or Welding certificate will be plus.

• This position contains irregular business trips all around the world.

• Based on company projects requirements, efficiently manage resources to ensure project milestones and cost control for responsible site(s). Control provided equipment in a sustainable way and implement the decided continuously improvement actions;
  

• Responsible to lead own and / or hired leader to realize delegated installation / assembly work in a professional and efficient way and ensure required assembly / quality standard within planned time frame and budget;
• Actively support project team effort in problem solutions to ensure desired project Performance in quality, time, and cost;
• Prepare and attend Customer meetings on the operational level (Production, Maintenance…) to clarify technical topics, define action plan and ensure realization in the committed timeline;
• Ensure the preparation of all required documents / records / descriptions / planning for the responsible site.
• Strictly follow all KUKA safety and administration policies;
• Follow company/BU/department requirements/strategies to ensure competent Professionalism in solution, project performance and EHS.
