You will deliver the user documentation for assigned projects/orders to our customers while achieving a high level of customer happiness. You will be responsible for technical aspects of the project during execution phase, supporting the project team and act as technical support during quotation phase.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Develop and deliver the technical documentation (drawings, procedures, instrument data sheets, calculations, purchase order specifications, spare parts lists) as per the dates agreed with the customer and project manager
* Cross-checking of project documentation with other specialists in the team; follow that the documents they prepared to be approved and sent to customers; review and revise project documentation after customer comments; ensure that the technical documentation issued meet the requirements from the applicable standards and from project scope
* Raise deviation or concession requests if the project requirements cannot be met; participate in project evaluation/lessons learned meetings and provide valuable information; participate in quotation alignment calls and provide valuable information
* Identify and develop technical solutions during execution phase when requested by customers; support for the project team for the whole project lifecycle, from quote to cash, support the sales team to properly define the offer
* Support for the purchasing team to find the accurate and better suppliers for the equipment to be incorporated in the final product; participate in internal and external project update meetings
* Support for manufacturing department during assembly and testing; involvement in problem solving processes for all technical issues identified internally or on customer claims; align with the Emerson Ethical and Trade Compliance polices

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or relevant experience in the industry
* Fluent English language skills - verbal, reading and writing
* Good knowledge of 3D design tools like AutoCAD as mandatory (Solid Edge, Solid works would be a plus)
* 1-2 years of experience in mechanical / electrical design would be a plus
* Able to communicate clearly with customers on technical issues
* Good knowledge of using the industry standards and regulations would be a plus
