Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Experience 1-2 years as a material planner or production planner in a production environment;
- Fast reaction to changes;
- Has the capability to work with multiple tasks in a short time;
- Quick decision taker;
- Analytical and numerical competencies;
- Capacity to work under pressure, with deadlines;
- English – intermediate B2;
- Italian is not mandatory but is a major plus.
Descrierea jobului
- Follows the production plan, components orders, inventory reports;
- Receives and confirms the production plan based on material availability;
- Analyzes critical components;
- Prepares and sends to suppliers the orders for components, based on the raw materials requirements resulting from the production plan and from the objectives set for components inventory (DOI KPI);
- Prepares inventory reports;
- Coordinates the implementation of the new projects and components;
- Responsible for a proper phase-in / phase-out of replaced components;
- Responsible for the management of obsolescence;
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders: production planners, custom clearance officer, area coordinators, suppliers;
- Is responsible for performance indicators: Delivery of the Components on Time (OTD), Production Plan Fulfillment, Days of Inventory (DOI), Premium Freight Expenses.
