Master Data with French - WFH

Role Description:

• Creating vendor in SAP/client portals based on the requests received via the agreed process from the client ︄︎︀︂︍︍︃︊​︂︆︄︄​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
• Updating existing vendors in SAP based on the requests received via the agreed process from the client
• Collect and validate data identified on requests for creation and maintenance
• Seek a high degree of accuracy and efficiency with master data requests; process requests in accordance with standard operating precedure
• Track daily workload according to the working procedure
• Keep the Department procedures updated according to the changes on the process in case required

Ideal candidate for the Master Data position:

• Fluency in French is a must;
• At least 1 year of ︁︃︆​︂︂︆​︁︉︉​︃︁experience ︃​︁︄︉​︂︃︉​︇︉in Finance & Accounting, P2P or Master Data Management Able to cope with high volumes and tight deadlines;
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, SRM or Coupa
• Good all round Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
