Marketing Specialist - Residential Marketing Team

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Advanced MS Office user
• Knowledge of marketing tools
• Knowledge of market survey tools
• Orientation towards obtaining concrete and measurable results
• The ability to analyze and synthesize
• Correctness, receptivity, orientation towards the new, flexibility and creativity
• Positive attitude
• Very good time management skills
• Very well-developed communication skills
• Previous CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Involved in planning and strategy activities
• Coordinates the creative process for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinates the suppliers ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈involved in the creation process
• Prepares and sends summaries and scope of work related to marketing campaigns and activities to suppliers
• Establishes fixed and realistic deadlines for the implementation of the campaigns to be carried out
• Tracks marketing performance indicators and goals
• Supervises all activities related to ATL/BTL
• Follows and manages the marketing budget
• Organize and implement the events according to the marketing strategy
• Study the market and the competition
• Participate in setting marketing targets and sales KPIs, finding optimal solutions to increase sales and marketing objectives
• Follows the processes preceding the launch of new projects or sales stages
• Understands, monitors and ensures that marketing materials and communications comply with the legislation in force (such as Consumer Protection legislation, European Data Protection Regulation and others) as well as comply with internal policies/procedures
• Produces various reports at the request of the hierarchical superior or other designated workers
