Candidatul Ideal

  • University degree in marketing, business administration, journalism & communication science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the broader field of marketing, communications, branding with experience in content & storytelling, customer journey & lead management, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
  • Profound user knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Office required
  • You can be regularly present at our location in Vienna, Neuburg an der Kammel and Schwerzenbach (up to 25% travel)
  • Excellent project management skills and crosscultural communication skills
  • Results-oriented, resilient, and organized
  • Capable of delivering outcomes in a complex matrix organization
  • English – at C2 level
  • German – at C2 level
  • Knowledge of Hungarian or Turkish at B2 level or higher is a great advantage
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics intralogistics is an
    advantage

Your Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute data-driven campaigns
  • Ensure a solid lead pipeline for sales
  • ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︉
  • Content marketing with a focus on storytelling (e.g. videos, animations, white papers, social media posts, customer stories)
  • Localization of global marketing campaigns (via HubSpot)
  • Plan and execute webinars (via GoToWebinar) and events
  • Partner with local digital media (industry and subject specific media)
  • Lead qualification and lead management (via HubSpot and Salesforce) in collaboration with Sales
  • Monitoring and reporting of campaign KPIs
Marketing Planning
  • Develop marketing plan for countries under your remit, in close coordination with local sales and service teams and regional and global marketing
  • Marketing mix planning (65% digital: Google & YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Organic & Paid, 3rd Party Ads, Email and 35% analog: Telemarketing, Events and Customer Relations)
  • Data-based reporting based on HubSpot and Salesforce marketing and CRM tools
  • Management of external agencies (e.g. event planers, booth builders, telemarketing)
  • Responsibility for the local marketing budget
What we offer
Working with the global marketing organization, you will be responsible for all local marketing and communications
activities and become part of the newly formed Central Europe (CEEU) marketing team based in Vienna. This position
reports to the Regional Marketing Director CEEU and works closely with the local sales and service teams. You will be
based in Europe and can be regularly present at our locations in Vienna (Austria), Neuburg an der Kammel (Germany)
and Schwerzenbach (Switzerland). The main objectives of the role are to smoothly plan and execute marketing
campaigns in digital and analog channels and to achieve a monthly and annual number of highly qualified leads.
