Marketing Associate (m/f/d) – Part-time or Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

• Communicating complex AI-related topics in an accessible and engaging way
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Creating and managing content for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters
• Planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Managing and growing social media channels
• Performance analysis and measurement of marketing activities
• Collaborating with external partners (agencies, freelancers, media)
• Supporting the organization of events and trade fairs
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships and PR work

Your Profile:

• Ability to translate AI-related innovations into compelling marketing content
• Degree or training in marketing, communication, media, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or small business
• Creativity and a good sense of trends and target audiences
• Experience with common marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, )
• Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Initiative, hands-on mentality, and ability to work independently
• Structured approach and excellent organizational skills
