Role Overview: As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, strategy, and performance. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will provide strategic leadership, drive organizational growth, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional business acumen, strong management skills, and a track record of success in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Lead and manage all functional areas of the company, including operations, finance, sales, marketing, and human resources.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence throughout the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Board of Directors on company performance, goals, and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
Comprehensive and sound understanding in tyre industry;
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with an-over-10-year experience, ideally as a Managing Director or similar position;
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into action;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams;
Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change effectively.
