Manager Technical Trainings

The Manager of Technical Trainings is responsible to oversee the development and execution of technical training programs for employees, internal ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄and external customers, build expertise within the teams, showcase our product capabilities and high end solutions lead by highly qualified experts.

This role is key to develop and lead a strategy around technical trainings from a product development stage to final training delivery by enhancing training materials, ensure capacity, efficient processes and tools for the trainings while keeping the trainings offering aligned to growth strategies and industries.


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Act as accountable person for end-to-end process for the technical trainings
* Prepare a strategy for ensuring high quality, effectiveness and efficiency in technical trainings – for online or face to face trainings
* Be engaged in new products launches and roadmap so the training offering and the knowledge in the teams is ahead of product implementation in the world area
* Implement tools, automations in the process of offering trainings
* Keep training materials updated and implement a continuous improvement attitude within the teams
* Improve collaboration with key customers and stakeholders, product management, supply chain and factories
* Improve end-to-end processes and tools for trainings offering
* Lead the training team to achieve outstanding results and customer satisfaction
* Ensure a smooth collaboration and back-up for other technical solutions teams in terms of buyouts, specials and technical support

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Strong technical and leadership skills - minimum 6 years in leadership positions;
* Experience in managing matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and functions;
* Previous experience in leading and sponsoring Continuous Improvement projects- minimum 3 years;
* Experience in implementing organizational and process changes across multiple functions;
* Bachelor’s degree

* Has ability to build teams, develop and motivate others and lead through example in a highly matrixed organization;
* Masters/MBA preferred.
