Job responsibilities:
  • Leading a dedicated team of sales associates, including recruitment and employee development through demonstrating and modeling the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄Bogner values ​​​​of luxury, technology and high quality shopping experience based on customer centricity. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs.
  • Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs
  • Ensure company policies, standards and procedures are communicated and implemented
  • Actively drive sales growth and be responsible for an appealing visual presentation of all product lines in the store based on close collaboration with visual merchandise team
  • Continuous monitoring of inventory and optimization of warehouse management
  • Key performance indicator-based analyzes (KPIs) to identify potential for improvement and develop sales growth
  • Undertake incentives while keeping close information channel with COO on all operative tasks and issues on daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on current needs.
  • Build a loyal customer base and achieve a high level of repurchase objectives
  • Act as a brand ambassador and role model for the team on site and team player with a hands-on mentality

About The Job
As part of Iceland Romania srl ​​you will be a vital part of the team that introduces and develops the premium German brand Bogner to the Romanian market with its first and unique mono-brand store in the heart of luxury shopping experience in Bucharest.
As a Bogner Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Bogner brand. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. You will strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions in order to ensure the achievement of your store's goals. You will be directly responsible for developing the business, monitoring your store's operations and sale staff, closely collaborating with the COO on all activities
