Manager, Business Process Improvement & VOS EMEA

As Business Process Improvement and VOS Manager, you will have a critical role in working with the business to identify opportunities to further improve the end-to-end transactional processes within the EMEA region. Additionally you will be responsible for providing support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to the transactional processes mainly but not exclusively focused on Order Fulfilment (processes going from Material / Production management to Transport management) and Procure To Pay.

As Business Process Improvement and VOS Manager, you will have a critical role in working with the business to identify opportunities to further improve the end-to-end transactional processes within the EMEA region. Additionally you will be responsible for providing support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to the transactional processes mainly but not exclusively focused on Order Fulfilment (processes going from Material / Production management to Transport management) and Procure To Pay.



📝What kind of work will you be doing?

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of assigned workstream operating model, operating system and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies in current processes.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for optimizing assigned workstream.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Monitor process performance and implement continuous improvement measures based on data analysis.
* Lead change management efforts associated with process improvements.
* Provide guidance and support to team members affected by process changes.

What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree preferred
* Six Sigma / Lean certifications / PMP
* Smartsheet / Power BI experience, preferred
* Oracle EBS knowledge, preferred
* Proven experience in end-to-end process improvement, preferably in a transactional environment and track record of operational execution
* Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software.
* Prior experience in procure to pay and SIOP process improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conveying complex concepts clearly.
* Demonstrated project management skills, planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* 5-10 yrs of experience
