- Experience: minimum 5 years in: M&A/transaction support/due diligence projects or in finance related responsibilities
- Financial acumen: strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques and valuation modeling
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex data, extract relevant information, make informed decisions
- Communication and interpersonal skills: able to convey information, investigate objectives, obtain support, build work partnership
- Problem solving skills: ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during M&A process or portfolio management
- Independent and proactive: ability to perform with little supervision and strict guidelines
- Fluent in English

- Strategic planning: assist in executing M&A strategies to align with company’s objectives
- Due diligence: conduct high-level preliminary due diligence projects on potential acquisition targets (including financial analysis, risk assessment and valuation)
- Deal execution: help manage entire M&A process, from initial negotiation to deal closing
- Integration: oversee integration of acquired companies into the existing business structure, ensuring a smooth transition and realize synergies, as project management office leader for the value-added plan
- Portfolio management: monitoring and managing performance of the company’s investment portfolio
- Stakeholder communication: communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, senior management, to provide updates on M&A activities and portfolio performance
- Business support: active management and execution in critical and strategic operational projects (mainly finance and commercial related)
