Profile

Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English skills (spoken + written)
Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software
Project Management Skills and Project Implementation Skills
Good Self-management and Documentation
Basic understanding of Quality Management
driving license B

Responsibilities

Supervising logistics, warehouse and transportation
Management of 25 direct reports
Oversee warehouse operation, incoming and outgoing shipments
Planning ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
Active development of existing logistics processes
Close cooperation with the logistics team in Austria
Responding to any logistics issue or complaint
RO E-transport
Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements
Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing and carriers
Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates
Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
Evaluating budgets and expenditures
Implementation of a new warehouse management system and industrial processes
Creating a strong team which should be able to respond to all future challenges
