- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain management environment.
- English fluent oral/ written; German or any other additional language are a plus
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Keen on working in an interesting and fast-paced environment
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Internet applications

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate freight movements (Road / Air / Ocean / Parcel)
- Arrange and manage time critical shipments
- Monitor Transport Statuses and on-time operating performance
- Resolve operational day-to-day issues
- Manage exceptions and promptly report any discrepancies or updates to the relevant parties.
- Communicate and collaborate with Carriers, internal Teams and Customers
- Develop and maintain excellent Customer relationships
- Maintain and update and Transportation Management Software
- Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures
- Available for shipment status updates for very critical shipments
- Ensure department operates to "Best in Class" quality standards and pro-actively seek continuous improvement.
