Provide support in coordinating daily Transport activities, assisting the Import/Export teams with document management and data entry into SharePoint.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Provide support in coordinating daily transport activities;
* Provide support in monitoring, coordinating, and verifying transport orders assigned by the Inbound Ops Lead; provide delivery status details to all interested parties;
* Responsible for verifying Customs Declarations and notifying any discovered errors or discrepancies to the interested parties;
* Responsible for recording Customs Declarations in the SharePoint database;
* Responsible for maintaining documents in accordance with Emerson’s document archiving policy;
* Responsible for the quality and timely presentation of import-export reports requested by company management;
* Actively participate in departmental meetings;
* Consistently adopt behavior that promotes the company’s image and interests;
* Involve in resolving crisis situations that may affect the company and continuously strive to improve the work performed;
* Perform any task given by the direct supervisor or management, related to the job responsibilities and/or compliance with current legislation.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Secondary or higher education (may still be in the process of completion);
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and general computer use;
* Good communication skills in English;


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Analytical thinking and good organizational skills;
* Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint and/or database software is a plus.
