We’re looking for a Planner to join our client’s team based in Ștefăneștii de Jos and and play a key role in managing and optimizing transportation schedules, warehouse operations, and client communications.

- Min 3 years’ experience in logistics processes
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work in shifts (06-14.00/ 14-22.00)

What will you do:
- Scheduling trips according to loading/unloading slots
- Using the warehouse management system, in accordance with agreements with clients and carriers
- Supporting operational teams
- Monitoring the loading/unloading slots schedule and adjusting if necessary, according to the daily situation
- Maintaining daily contact with clients and carriers’ representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies and problems that may occur
- Processing the administrative information related to the logistical activities (e.g. loading/unloading, temperature, cooling, other logistics parameters)
- Focus on opportunities for improvements and cost savings
- Archiving documents according to legislation
