Candidatul Ideal
- Experience in working with Linux to diagnose and fix problems
- Knowledge of web servers such as Nginx, Apache, Tomcat
- Knowledge of database servers such as MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- An understanding of networking (ping, traceroute, mtr, etc), DNS, firewalls, VPN's
Desired personal skills:
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work as a team player
- Prompt and efficient
- Have a positive attitude
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Have good written English and communication skills
Nice to have:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT / computing field
- Linux and Bash Scripting experience
- An understanding of cloud computing or virtualization software
- Knowledge of web hosting control panels such as Plesk (or cPanel etc)

- Perform Linux system administration
- Provide technical support in English via a help desk system
- Help optimize and ︃︁︄︁︂︀︁︉︅grow our infrastructure
- Debug and solve a wide variety of Linux technical issues
- Handle alerts from our internal monitoring systems
- Willing to work night shifts (on rotation)
You will be working primarily with our Managed Cloud Hosting services including our Enscale Public Cloud PaaS, Fully Managed VPS, High Traffic WordPress Clusters and related services.
