Provides support to AmRest Romania and Bulgaria, ensuring compliance with the law in the company's day-to-day activities and protection of its legal interests.

• Provides consistent support to the OPS & RST Departments and other stakeholders, provides support and assistance in various legal matters as per expertise as well as during and after inspections and audits of authorities/ government bodies;
• Represents the interests of AmRest, in front of authorities;
• Maintains the relationship with the insurance company as well as with OPS for the recovery of damage compensations;
• Manage the physical & digital archive of the legal department and manages internal documentation;
• Drafts and records amdements of the company's data/corporate deeds as well as any changes related to the company's status, opening/closing of work points,, etc;
• Drafts and verifies under direct supervision, a variety of contracts with suppliers and other legal documents;
• Assists and provides in any other ad-hoc legal projects at local and/or regional/global level
• Participates in the development and proper functioning of the digital systems related to the activity of the legal department & provides support and training to users;
•  Conducts  research activity including new initiatives/ legislative news/ various trends and informs relevant departments on the findings;
•  Performs any administrative tasks within the department, including creating reports keeping constant contact with , authorities, courts of law, etc.
