Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Manage and grow a portfolio of tenants within CTP’s logistics and industrial parks;
🔸 Identify and attract new tenants, present leasing solutions, and negotiate agreements;
🔸 Work closely with the management team to ensure tenant satisfaction and build long-term partnerships;
🔸 Analyze market trends to support strategic business decisions.

CTP is the largest owner, developer, and manager of logistics and industrial real estate in Continental Europe by gross leasable area, owning over 11.2 million m² of space and employing over 740 real estate professionals across ten countries.
