• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Controlling area
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in controlling or a related field.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and governance.
• Advanced Excel
• Fluent in English

• Oversee and guide the Controlling unit to meet defined goals and KPIs.
• Spot areas for improvement, provide ︃​︁︃︇​︁︇︆​︂︁︃consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards and governance, and manage process execution.
• Lead and mentor team members.
• Organize team activities to cover all stages and address all incoming requests.
• Set objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members. Offer clear guidance, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.
• Identify training and development needs, support professional growth, and assist in applying new skills.
• Implement measures to boost team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development.
