It’s necessary that you come up with:
- Bachelor's degree in law;
- Previous experience of 5 years as a legal advisor;
- Experience in providing legal advice on Labor Law matters;
- Advanced written and spoken English skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
- Negotiation, persuasion, mediation and conflict resolution skills.

These will be your responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice for all cases specific to HR department;
- Draft, prepare, and review contracts, internal documents and other legal documents;
- Keep records and be responsible for the physical and electronic archiving of contracts, company documents and, in general, all legal documents to which the company is a party;
- Provide legal advice for any situation assigned;
- Regularly review legislative programs and apply the legal norms in force at the time of drafting documents/providing legal advice;
- Monitor the tracking and centralization of contracts in which the company is a party and of the legal documents belonging to the company;
- Participate in the negotiation of contracts in which the company is to become a party and prepare drafts of such contracts, ensuring their legal compliance;
- Supervise and complete the necessary legal formalities in the process of obtaining authorizations, licenses, approvals, permits, and any other documents necessary for the legality of the Company's activity;
- Report to the higher management any illegality or deviation from the applicable norms observed concerning the company's activities;
- Monitor the status, keep records, and centralize legal case files in which the company is a party, and coordinate the reception, verification, and signing of any legal documents;
- Collaborate and continuously communicate with the company's departments to resolve any uncertainties or issues.
