Your Mission:
Lead and oversee the KYC team (account approval & document verification), ensuring that all processes align with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

Coordinate and monitor the KYC team to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Verify clients and periodically update their data in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to local and international regulations (e.g., AML, FATCA).
Review and update KYC procedures in line with legislative changes.
Supervise and support the KYC specialists, including task allocation and ongoing training.
Evaluate team performance and develop strategies to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and assess client-related risks during the KYC process.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on identified risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
Implement new technologies or systems to support the KYC process.
Ensure proper collection, verification, and archiving of KYC documents.
Regularly review documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

A little about You:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Fluent in English.
