Your Mission:
Perform back-office activities meant to identify, analyze and check conformity level of documents provided by the client.
A little about You:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education: Graduate with a degree in law, economics, business administration, or finance, The Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures
Fluent in English – advantage;

Review customer files in order to identify missing or non-compliant documents;
Retrieve and endorse documents in order to validate ︁︈︂︂︆︁︀︄︃︀customer file;
Reports compliance risks identified according to the legal framework;
Performs periodic compliance checks in order to monitor and verify compliance with legal provisions;
Conducting KYC reviews on clients to ensure that updated KYC data is validated based on group policies and procedures;
Written contact with clients regarding all KYC requirements, including requirements to improve these activities;
Verifying and correcting the information provided in the account by the client/applicant compared to the data in the attached/uploaded documents;
Closing accounts in the event of the applicant/client violating the company's Terms and Conditions;
Providing assistance to colleagues with information related to potential ambiguous situations/problems;
Ensuring reporting to the responsible persons within the division of cases regarding changes in decisions made in the system by KYC analysts and monitoring their adjustment according to the decisions made during the checks conducted;
Ensuring the reporting of special situations to management;
