About the role:
Join our dynamic team and help us create a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Knowledge Manager to drive knowledge transfer, develop training strategies, and enhance our processes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in transitions and coach team members to stimulate knowledge transfer.
• Map processes end to end, ensuring comprehensive understanding and documentation.
• Document processes in standardized standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support in delivering general trainings across various departments.
• Create, implement, and deliver effective training strategies tailored to organizational needs.
• Collaborate with Service Owners to identify knowledge needs and contribute to developing and maintaining a robust knowledge base.
