Junior Recruiter

Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent communication skills ;
Advanced level of English (B2-C1);
Microsoft Office Suite proficient;
Drive, curiosity, and attention to details;
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;

Nice to have: Experience customer service role.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and drive a structured interview process;
Prescreen applications, select and refer qualified candidates, and conduct initial ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂interviews as needed;
Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates;
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment processes and develop strategies aimed at attracting a larger pool of candidates;
Actively participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to attract talents.
