Junior Procurement Analyst with Italian

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Procurement Analyst with Italian!

As a Junior Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for production launch planning for a large car manufacturer, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time according to needs and factory stock levels.

Required skills:

• University degree;
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP would represent a plus
• Fluency in Italian and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Your key responsibilities:

Ensure Communication Between Plants and Suppliers:

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between plant operations ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂and suppliers.
• Participate in regular meetings or use other forms of communication to ensure all parties are aligned.

Maintain Communication with Suppliers and Ensure Timely Delivery

• Monitor and ensure that orders are delivered according to plant schedules.
• Informs the internal teams about issues or delays in delivery

Collaboration with Involved Teams for Production Launch Planning

• Work closely with buyers, quality assurance, and production teams to coordinate the planning and execution of production launches.
• Ensure that all necessary materials and components are available at production date

Follow-Up on Technical Evolutions and Ensure Stock Updates

• Stay informed about technical changes and developments in products and processes.
• Update inventory records and systems to reflect any changes in stock levels due to new technical specifications.

KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

• Report and analyze KPI data to identify trends on blocking points and present data to plant
