We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Organization and Productivity Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a successful university background in Engineering, Economics, or Management and will play a crucial role in supporting our projects within the food industry. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
Please note that from Monday to Friday you will be working at the plant (client) in Buzău county (weekends spent at home).

Key Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field with 4-5 years of successful university education.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (minimum requirement).

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and logical thinking.
Ability to motivate clients and generate enthusiasm.
Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.
A systematic yet practical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to take initiatives while following instructions.
Geographical flexibility to work away from home during the weekdays.

Work closely with the Project Manager to execute daily tasks and meet project objectives.
Analyze and improve organizational processes ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︈︄to enhance productivity within the plant.
Develop and implement practical solutions to operational challenges.
Support team members and work collaboratively in achieving project goals.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain flexibility to adapt to varying project requirements and geographical locations.
Provide insightful observations and creative solutions while remaining grounded in practical application.
Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Descrierea companiei

Work Environment:

The role will primarily be based in an industrial plant in Buzau.
The consultant will spend weekdays (Monday to Friday) at the plant and weekends at home.
The Consultant will be part of a team of 5 people, working in a collaborative environment, receiving daily instructions and training from the Project Manager.
