Junior HR Specialist/Trainer - Remote

We are currently looking for Junior HR Specialist/Trainer.

Qualifications:

• experience as a Store Manager for at least two years,
• you are able to pass on knowledge to others,
• you are able to conduct trainings/presentations in a group (on-site, in-store, on-line),
• you are willing to work remotely and travel (business trips to Stores)
• you are very good at organising your own work,
• you have communication skills and openness to contact with people,
• you have communicative level of English.

Key areas:

• collaborate regularly with the Store Managers in the area of training and recruitment in a dedicated Region,

• collaborate regularly with Area Managers in a dedicated Region – identify trainings/HR needs, discuss challenges,
• support Store Managers in store recruitment, add recruitment ads and look for new sources of recruitment,
• conduct interesting, engaging and effective training courses using modern tools,
• raising the level of knowledge and competences of training participants,
• give feedback to training participants on development tasks,
• monitoring development of competences of training participants,
• test the effectiveness of training processes,
• do research training needs.
