Candidatul Ideal
We are looking for somebody with a lot of drive and initiative, but we will also look at the following criteria in order to choose the most suitable colleague in Brasov:
- Knowledge of Romanian employment law;
- Mandatory previous experience (6+ months) as HR admin;
- Medium to advanced English skills;
- Medium Excel knowledge;
- Previous experience in working with Charisma (Nice to have);
- Attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized;
- High accountability;
- Ability to work on own initiative and also contribute in a team environment.
Descrierea jobului
- In charge of creating and signing with the candidates ︁all hiring related documents. You will be drafting between 8-15 employment contracts per day;
- Obtain and file all hiring payroll related documents (e.g. birth certificate, personal declaration, IBAN etc.);
- Register employee information in all dedicated tools and reports;
- Provide guidance and support to employees on administrative requests;
- Resolves routine HR requests and/or escalates them as needed;
- Creating, organizing, maintaining up to date and archiving personnel records;
- Hybrid activity (3 days working from home, 2 days from the office).
