Junior Financial Planning Analyst

• University Degree in Economics/ Finance or equivalent.
• Preferred 1-2 years work experience in a financial capacity, experience in analysis, reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work with figures and complex calculations; ability to transform a user's reporting and/or analysis needs into insightful reporting.
• Problem solving attitude.
• Preferred Experience with software and other Reporting Tools as HFM, Hyperion Planning, Microsoft Power BI and automation tools is preferable.
• Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication skills and team working approach.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English - Minimum C1 level English requirement

• Monthly actuals and forecast processes at Entity (MU) and EMEA for TWC (Trade Working Capital) and submission in Hyperion Planning
• Assisting in forecast construction for next financial cycle
• Weekly cash flow forecast process, with details at Entity level for EMEA
• Perform inquiries for variance analysis Actual vs Forecast vs Previous year results, identify major variance drivers -investigate and take corrective actions, if needed
• Support other team members Ad-hoc analysis in reference to key decision making, investigations, data mining
• Continuous improvement of reports and analysis using all available tools, such as Power Query (Get & Transform), PowerBI etc.
