Junior Financial Controller

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Financial Controller to contribute to the efficiency of our company's financial processes. No experience? No problem! We are looking for a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to work with complex financial data.
You will work closely with the finance team, providing support in analyzing and interpreting data, preparing reports, and monitoring budgets, thereby contributing to the company's strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data;
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial control reports;
• Monitoring weekly reports and analyzing variances from actual figures;
• Supporting internal and external audit processes;
• Proposing solutions to optimize financial performance;
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing higher education (Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields);
• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) – essential for this role;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Desire to learn and proactive attitude – experience is not mandatory, but attitude and curiosity are!
