What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a financial field. A Master’s degree in audit is a plus.
Experience: Up to 1 year in an audit or financial role, preferably within an audit firm.
Skills:
Strong results orientation and ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
Fluency in both Romanian and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in relevant software tools and computer literacy.
