Candidatul Ideal

  • We are looking for an ambitious and well organised Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will be well- versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
  • The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the site to be fully aware of its financial condition, vendors balances, payments proposals, invoices amounts checkings and reconciliation with delivery notes and e-factura.

Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as a junior accountant
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (SAGA, Microsoft Dynamics D365 – represents an advantage)
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
  • In-depth understanding of RAS/IFRS and Tax
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month- end/year-end close process
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, experience with Saga, SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient with MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables, sumifs, countifs etc, Word and PowerPoint
  • Accuracy and great attention to detail
  • Self-driven, results oriented, can-do attitude, ability to adapt to changes and very good interpersonal skills
  • Open to learn new things, new business areas
  • Proven experience and the right attitude towards confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically
  • Proven ability to organize and clearly communicate thoughts and ideas
  • Process-oriented, organized, structured, and detailed
  • Pro-active attitude
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
  • English is a must

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Support the accountant of the site and the HQ accounting department in day to day tasks.
  • Post, allocate ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Vendors reconciliations
  • Reconcile invoices with delivery notes, and invoices uploaded in e-factura.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, and adhoc reports
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Assist with Customer and other audits
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure documents are properly archived physically and electronically in line with company’s policies.
  • Annual inventory process support
  • Liaise with our Accounting in order to propose efficient ways of managing daily task
