Candidatul Ideal
You have a degree in accounting or finance and prior experience as a billing specialist or in accounting
You have a sharp eye for detail to catch errors on invoices and billing.
You have good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP software.
You are also problem-solving oriented, analytical, and have excellent numerical skills.
You feel comfortable taking control of situations, when you feel the success of the team depends on it.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to integrate within the existing team
You have a good understanding of relevant laws, rules and regulations.
Last but not least, you are able to write/read correspondence with the customers in English. 😊

You will undertake a ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄variety of financial and non-financial tasks with the main goal to help guarantee the company’s revenues.
You will oversee the tasks of sending new invoices to clients and ensuring all outstanding invoices are paid in full and on time. You will be client-focused and you`ll assist clients with any issues with invoices.
Your responsibilities will include sending invoices and account updates to clients, receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments.
Providing regular and accurate reports of billing data is one of your main responsibilities.
You will check full customer details to ensure correct billing, collection of invoices and proper reporting.
You will prepare different information for the sales team necessary to participate in tenders or in sales negotiations (checking the quotations, calculating pro-rates, etc.).
You will work with customers daily by addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices.
You and the whole team will be kept up to date with lots of technologies: our training program is an extended one!
