Candidatul Ideal
Our Jr. Financial Controller will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to assist in the management of the company's financial performance. This includes analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, presentations and identifying areas for improvement in the company's financial operations.

Role:
Prepare basic level financial reports i.e. income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and management reports.
Monitor and analyze ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀budget vs. actual results.
Assist in the preparation of the budget and forecasting.
Provide support to department managers in the preparation of their budgets.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Tracking and keeping records of purchases and sales of the company.
Managing relations with Trust Company for the Dutch Entities of the Fund.
Dutch Entities documentation follow-up and preparation.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
Excellent English skills.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Big4 experience is considered a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques (GAAP and IFRS considered as plus).
Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in a multinational environment.
