JR. COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

Retrieve, register, file, and manage relevant documents.
Draft regulations for promotional campaigns.
Prepare authorization files for submission to regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely transmission of documents via post, courier, or email.
Draft reports and documents as required by management.
Ensure compliance with and implementation of policies and procedures under the Responsible Gaming Program.
Communicate management directives to relevant stakeholders.
Work on matters related to gambling licenses, legislation, GDPR, and national data privacy regulations.
Monitor, understand, and analyze developments in the regulatory environment affecting the business.
Take full ownership of the compliance function within the organization, staying updated on changes and addressing potentially harmful developments proactively.

Skills Required:

Experience: 1+ years in a similar role is preferred.
Proactive Attitude: Solution-oriented and eager to explore growth opportunities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
Time Management: Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
