Candidatul Ideal
- Expert in either Java, Golang, Rust or C++ programming. The projects will be developed in Java, Golang or Rust but competent C++, C# programmers are welcome to re-tool)
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Must respect specifications!
- OOP design know-how, Design Patterns
- SQL
- Web interfaces are a plus
- Understanding of common networking protocols; you will learn more protocols on the job
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a software development job
- Team player who is self motivated and can also work independently;
- Smart and with a Can-Do attitude; Problem solver, not problem maker
- We are looking for colleagues who are smarter and more experienced than we are but will adapt to the tools and processes of the company, and not the other way around
- Willing and able to learn quickly new skills and technologies after all, we are developing the next gen of VOIP apps.

As a Senior Programmer you will have to develop, improve and maintain projects of medium and ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂high difficulty, according to the specifications. Our tools of trade are IntelliJ, SmartGit, Postgresql, Linux and so many more.
Job Details
Office work for Bucharest/Ilfov residents, remote work for other cities
Office is in Bucharest, central location (Traian Street, Ilion Offices, 8th Floor);
Partial or Full time contract and schedule (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) with flexible hours;
