- Administer and maintain the ITSM platform, ensuring performance, availability, and compliance with IT policies.
- Configure and customize workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management to align with ITIL best practices.
- Manage system integrations and interfaces between the ITSM tool and other enterprise applications (e.g., monitoring, CMDB, HR systems).
- Oversee user access management, roles, and permissions to maintain security and governance.
- Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and optimize ITSM processes for continuous improvement.
- Automate service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and system logging.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITSM-related issues.
- Act as the key contact for ITSM-related improvements and enhancements.
- Work closely with IT teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to align ITSM functionalities with operational needs.
- Provide training and documentation for IT teams and end-users.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ITSM Administrator to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our IT Service Management (ITSM) system. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, integration, and continuous improvement of the platform, as well as managing the connected systems and interfaces. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM tools, and system integrations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
This position requires strong expertise in SQL, database management systems, and performance tuning.
